Payment Policy

For a multiple night stay, a non refundable deposit of half of the total charges is due at the time of booking.

For a single night stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

An additional 7% state and 6% lodging tax will apply to all room rates.

We accept payment by all major credit cards.  Gift certificates can be presented and redeemed at check-in.  

Rates are quoted based on occupancy of (2) adults 18+.  Please note: We do not permit travel beds. Inn rooming designed to accommodate more than (2) adults, will be associated with an additional fee of $50 per person.

Arrival & Departure

*Guests may check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the date of arrival.  Early check-in requests are subject to room availability.

The Inn is staffed daily from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Guests who anticipate arriving after 6:00 p.m., please notify the innkeeper in advance to make arrangements to gain access to the Inn.

Day of bookings must confirm with the innkeeper directly at 401-846-4693 for a reservation.

*Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.  Late check-out requests are subject to room availability.

Cancellation & Reservation Date Change Policy

Cancellations affect us significantly due to the intimate size of the boutique Inn.

If it is necessary for you to change or cancel your reservation, all cancellations or reservation change requests must be communicated via email directly to:

Once cancellation is received, a gift certificate may be issued towards a future stay.

No credits are given for early departures or no-shows.
